I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my recent visit to this city and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even accommodated my early check-in and surprised me with a free upgrade to a spacious room with a king-size bed. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I was also impressed by the convenient parking and the hotel's location, which was not far from the train station. The breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Lastly, I have to mention the staff again, as their hospitality exceeded all expectations. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist me with any request I had. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

This newly opened hotel in Anyang offers a great experience. the spacious and modern rooms have a Chinese feel, and the lobby is grand and beautiful. the staff are welcoming and proud to work here. the fitness center and swimming pool are excellent additions, and the breakfast buffet offers delicious pastries. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and is a good base for exploring the nearby historical sites and ruins. the service is excellent, and there are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. the hotel also offers a great driver, Bob, for convenient transportation.

Some guests have reported issues with the shower stalls leaking, which can be a minor inconvenience.

Loved the cleanliness and efficiency of the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location was very convenient, with easy access to taxis and nearby attractions. having a variety of restaurants and a shopping mall with a supermarket right next to the hotel was a great advantage.

There were a few downsides to my stay. The shower in my room had a considerable leak, causing water to flood the bathroom floor.

Spent my Christmas holidays in this lovely hotel and it exceeded my expectations. Staff greeted me warmly and quickly checked me in. the room was immaculate, spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay. the hotel provided an incredible view of the city, making for an unforgettable experience. the breakfast buffet provides a great selection of both western and eastern cuisines, with delicious croissants and pastries. the swimming pool and fitness center were great additions to my trip, and I had a great time trying them out. the hotel's location offers easy access to the city's attractions, and it was easy to explore the surrounding area.

the room was promptly cleaned and I found the staff members polite and helpful.
